Arthroscopic Knee Surgery - Ringer's Solution in Tube

Ringer's solution irrigates the knee during arthroscopic surgery. This photo was made using only existing light in the operating room, which came in the form of an overhead light that the surgeon used to illuminate his working space. The surgeon is Dr. Dinesh Patel, and I photographed the surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
